The Recruitment Network is something we are involved with here at UK Recruiter along with Innergy Group and Global Recruiter Magazine. We’ll be talking more about it over the next few weeks. Great news that Access Group & RDB Pronet are announced as the first platinum sponsor of the network.
Among the experts already involved with the Network are international recruitment advisor and M&A specialist Graham Palfery-Smith, international best-selling author and leadership expert Robin Sieger, current REC CEO Kevin Green, Anna Hemmings, Britain’s most successful ever female canoeist, two time Olympian and six times World Champion. They are joined by Gordon Stoddart, the UK’s leading authority on customer experience and service excellence and Toby Babb, founder and CEO of Harrington Starr Recruitment. But back to the press release…
Access Group, the software provider behind market leading recruitment software RDB ProNet, has joined the newly launched Recruitment Network as its first platinum partner, and a founding member. The Recruitment Network is a unique members club for leaders of fast growing, entrepreneurial recruitment organisations across the UK. Members join the network for a rolling 12-month period and for their membership they gain access to an unparalleled level of support, advice, tools and peer-to-peer collaboration working with some of the UK’s leading authorities in the staffing and recruitment sector.
Roy Snart, head of RDB Pronet for Access Group, said, “We’re delighted to be the first platinum partner of The Recruitment Network. I’ve been involved in the recruitment sector for over 20 years and this is one of the most exciting initiatives released in quite some time . It’s really going to help recruitment companies across the UK and Europe benefit from the tools, networking and advice available to them through the network, and ultimately help them grow.”
Members of the network will receive three full day huddles, a two day retreat and access to over 20 industry thought leaders, experts and advisors, amongst a host of other benefits. “As a business that’s committed to supporting growth and innovation in the UK recruitment sector, we had to be involved in this initiative,” continued Roy. “We’ve been working with many of our customers since they were just starting out, and they’re now some of the leading recruiters in the UK. By joining The Recruitment Network, we’re going to have even more opportunities to help UK recruiters achieve their goals.”
Access Group has more than 8,000 recruiters using its RDB Pronet software alongside other solutions such as finance and payroll. “More than ever technology is the backbone to growth and success. We’re going to be able to share our collective knowledge with members of the network, whilst also benefitting ourselves from the relationships with other members, partners and influencers of the network,” concluded Roy.
