We run events for recruiters; last week we spent a day in London with 100 Recruiters, 17 Technology providers, 7 Independent tech experts and 1 Keynote speaker
These are the highlights:
During the keynote Katrina Collier threw little orange men into the audience and everyone hugged. She talked about Being Human and if you want to know more simply get in touch with her.
All 17 tech providers gave a 2 minute elevator pitch. Matt Jelley entertained us as he always does but no one was expecting him to do this (almost NSW).
The Headshot Guy * took over 1000 profile picture photos – they’ll be back at future events.
The technology companies who joined us for the day were: Bond AdaptUX, Bullhorn, Firefish, Access RDB, Innovantage, Trisys, Volcanic, Xref, Mercury xRM, Microdec, Recruitics, Textkernel, OneUp Sales, Daxtra, JobAdder, Click IQ and JobDiva
Brookson and Boomerang Funding provided the post event drinks – we’re doing a Live Chat with Paul from Brookson next week about the impact of IR35 on recruiters so join us there.
Daxtra provided the goodie bags – which included the usual necessary stationery, an essential phone charger from JobDiva and some funky glasses from Textkernel (below are the guys from OneUpSales rocking them).

We ended the day by giving away an overnight stay in a luxury hotel with meal for two which JobAdder provided as well as two bottles of champagne.
All in all it was a full on day and not for the faint hearted exhibitor or attendee!
