If you don’t want to leave your desk for HR/Recruitment learning then check out the RecruiterZone channel. We run many regular weekly and fortnightly shows from industry veterans such as Katrina Collier & Audra Knight, Steve Ward & Clair Bush, Alex Moyle and Adam Gordon. Our latest Rec Tech Showdown series kicked off yesterday with Honeit (described as the best recruiting innovation since the telephone). Recruiting Gym
I wanted to personally invite you to a new online community of recruiting leaders whose aim is to learn, perform and lean on one another. The is a new initiative from Alex Moyle, a highly respected and experienced recruitment performance trainer. I’ve learned in my time that despite the size of our industry, recruiting leaders still struggle with many of the same operational, business and growth challenges that their peers have experienced. The Recruiting Gym offers a destination for anyone with questions about running their business, offering peer-to-peer advisory and resident coaches on hand to share advice and tried and true best practices. I hope you’ll join me in the Gym, especially as anyone in the UK Recruiter community will have free access until 1st April.
