Ahead of our Technology Innovation & Social Media Showcase event, taking place ONLINE on 17th June (< save your space here) I’ll be grilling our event partners in a series of live chat shows.
From the pulse survey we did with Talent Nexus we know that about a third of you have reduced budgets when it comes to tech providers, that about 50% have furloughed staff and for nearly 70% of you many clients have gone quiet or are completely unreachable. You’re looking for ways to get the most from tech when your clients are scaling back on hiring, when you’re being pushed on your fees and with reduced internal staff.
Our live chats will focus on solutions to these challenges, as each week I’m joined by three individuals who know the recruitment space inside and out.
The survey also told us that 40% of hyper focussed on wining new clients, 30% on diversification and 25% of building a stronger candidate database. All these and more will be discussed.
I’ll also be asking a few standard tricky questions like “what REALLY is the No.1 problem that your tech solves?”, “What is the question that nobody asks tech providers but should?” and if recruiters do one thing right now what should it be!
