CV-Library crowned ‘Recruitment Website of the Decade’ at the NORAs

CV-Library, have won the ‘Recruitment Website of the Decade’ award at the National Online Recruitment Awards, this week

The ‘Website of the Decade’ award celebrates CV-Library’s commitment to providing an outstanding online experience for both recruiters and job seekers over the last ten years.

Lee Biggins, CEO and founder of CV-Library comments: “We are thrilled to have won the ‘Recruitment Website of the Decade’ award. We’ve always felt that it’s our job to connect recruiters to the best job seekers on the market and make the hiring process as simple as possible.

Over the last 20 years, the entire CV-Library team has worked tirelessly to build a website that delivers on that promise and we’re so grateful to have our hard work recognised by the judges. It’s even more special that we won this award in the year of our 20th anniversary. What a way to celebrate this milestone!”

The CV-Library team are no strangers to success, having won ‘Best Generalist Job Board’ at the National Online Recruitment Awards in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2019. The job board also won the ‘Academy Award’ in 2014.

Stephen O’Donnell, Chairman at the NORAs comments: “We are thrilled and delighted to present the NORA Recruitment Website of the Decade award to CV-Library! Both the National Online Recruitment Awards and CV-Library are 20 years old, and it is very appropriate that we recognise the work that Lee Biggins and his team have done to become the leader in online recruitment over the last ten years.

“For UK jobseekers, CV-Library are unique in the recruitment marketplace, and this almost certainly springs from the initial concept for the company – being a service to candidates first and foremost. CV-Library is much more than a platform to advertise vacancies, but is also the best place for individuals to get found, by employers and recruitment firms searching for people with the best skills. More than this, it is evident that Lee’s personality has a big effect on the workings of the site. As the last privately owned leading job board in the UK, this clearly shows.
