This month saw International Women’s Day. So during March, each Monday, we’re highlighting one woman who epitomises the message of this year; “How will you help forge a gender equal world? Celebrate women’s achievement. Raise awareness against bias. Take action for equality.”
First up was Katrina Collier, then we had Andrea Kirby, then Jackye Clayton and last week was Vanessa Raath.
Today we are highlighting Britta Mues-Walter. For more than 25 years, Britta has been supporting companies in the search for and acquisition of talents and executives as a personnel consultant, including 15 years as an entrepreneur with her own executive services boutique. As an executive coach, she has successfully supported many senior managers in achieving their career goals over the past years. In addition, she is a partner of “&ahead – one career is not enough”, a career platform for career re-entry and career reorientation to empower more senior female leaders.
As director of the Founder Institute Frankfurt, the world’s largest accelerator program, she specifically supports innovation, entrepreneurship and the start-up ecosystem in the Frankfurt-Rhine-Main region. Britta states her passion as connecting people and helping them reaching their potential.
