Our recent LinkedIn Survey asked recruiters how they felt ChatGPT would affect their jobs.
From a sample of 300 only 6% felt it was a threat to their job and another 6% have no plans to use it within their recruitment role.
Nearly a third are in the early days of testing it out and over 60% are activity using ChatGPT to save them time.

Here are some of the simple ways recruiters can use ChatGPT (always double check any stats that ChatGPT gives you!!)

Research the company and find out about trends in that space (bare in mind ChatGPT’s training data cuts off in 2021).
