Our combination of scientific and competency based candidate evaluation ensures you understand the people you are looking to bring into your business and that their behaviours, motivations and skills are aligned with your needs.
We work with your specification to clarify the relevance of each individual you are taking through the selection process. Typically this will involve a psychometric assessment, verbal and numerical aptitude testing and competency and personality based interviewing. The output is full verbal feedback and a written report on each candidate.
Alternatively you may be undergoing a key time of transition – acquisition, downsizing, new strategy, new brand – and retaining key talent is a priority. – Evaluation of HR Director candidates for an overseas role in a rapidly changing environment
– Development and implementation of an assessment centre for 50 applicants over a one week period (rolled out around the UK)
– Designing and running an series of half day assessments for a graduate recruitment scheme with a mobile phone provider
– The assessment & development plans for the UK sales capability of a global manufacturing and distribution business
Who we are:
Louise Triance
Louise created and runs the UK Recruiter website and community which was established in 1998). She is a British Psychological Society level A & B trained practitioner with over 20 years experience of a wide variety of psychometric and aptitude products and development of assessment centres.
Emma McDonnell
