Magnificent Seven at the 8th October Technology Showcase

The Magnificent Seven is an integral part of our Technology Event, although I think we’ve always ended up with a few more than seven!!  Our fabulous experts will be on hand during the day to offer their expertise, advice and help on any technology subject.  As well as offering independent advice and free 20 minute consultancy sessions (more on that to follow) a selection of our experts will be running  workshops covering social media, mobile, video, employer brand and technology integration.

Holly Fawcett – Holly’s primary role at Social Talent is in product development: continually updating and fine-tuning their Black Belt certification and curriculum, adding new trainers and subject matter experts, and ensuring our video content online is fresh and the most up-to-date training package for recruiters on the market.  she also consult with recruitment teams and is a keynote speaker on topics like recruitment productivity, sourcing and recruitment marketing.

 Stephen O’Donnell – Stephen has been actively involved in the professional recruitment sector since 1987, owning and running recruitment agencies since 1993.  Lisa Jones – Lisa implements technology into recruitment firms every day. She sees recruitment tech as anything from Recruitment CRM, Job Board Posting, Video, Social Media, Time Sheeting Systems, etc… and has worked on recruitment projects big and not so big. What do recruitment leaders and IT leaders need to think about to get their project implemented on time, to budget and for lovely smiley consultants eager to dump the spreadsheets and create an asset for the business.

 Steve Ward – Steve is an award-winning Social Recruiting Strategist, Digital Recruiter and leading practising advisor on integrating Social Media into Recruitment & Sourcing Process.  Expert in talent sourcing strategy, recruitment marketing, multiple role management, talent networks and pipelines and recruitment branding.

 Raymond Pennie – Raymond advises and consults on the what is possible from your existing system, not just the new stuff, whilst working very closely with the software providers to get you returns much more quickly.
