Our partners at Think In Circles recently took time to look at how “The Cost-of-Living Crisis and Legislative Change Are Driving the Need for Greater Wage Transparency”.

In the wake of legislative change in key states in the US, mandating a requirement for job ads to carry salary ranges, they explored what is happening in the UK with wage indicators on job ads. To do this they analysed 2.5 million UK job ads posted in November 2022, and 2.7 million in November 2021.
