I’m really excited to be able to share the news that Barry Cullen of introPROTECT has launched recLAW, a full-service law firm, made up of lawyers who are recruitment experts and passionate about the industry, which is geared exclusively to servicing the recruitment industry.
SPECIALITIES:
- Dispute and debt work including debt recovery and fee, contractor and other disputes.
- Recruitment terms work including reviewing and improving recruiters’ terms and advising on client-side terms.
- Employment law work including contracts, staff handbooks, disciplinaries / grievance processes, employment tribunals and post-employment restraint disputes.
- Corporate and commercial work including shareholder agreements, options / EMI schemes and merges and acquisitions.
Barry Cullen, partner at recLAW says “Lawyers for recruiters – It is as simple as that. We are solicitors and experts in all things recruitment, recLAW brings our expertise together to offer clients a full suite of legal services.”
Barry recognises that there is a need for a law firm that recruiters can go to for any and all issues arising in their business and says “recruitment is tough enough already, without having to spend hours researching which solicitors to use every time an issue comes up and then spending longer explaining how recruitment works to those lawyers. Here at recLAW we have seen it all and done it all before, so we are a safe pair of hands.
Because I like Barry so much, I’m going to include his blatent bit of advertising from his “press release”
Three reasons why to choose recLAW:
- REPUTATION: There is a reason that so many recruiters use us and why we are so widely recommended within the industry. We are very good at what we do.
- COST: We know the industry and the law effecting it inside out, so we can work more cost effectively than other solicitors and don’t need to spend hours researching the law as it affects you or the recruitment industry.
- SPEED: Time kills deals, so we jump on and resolve your enquiries quickly.
Started and based in Brighton in 2021, recLAW has been in the planning for many years. The new start-up has bought with it the existing clients of introPROTECT and will now be able to offer them a full service and not just backdoor dispute support. Run by Tallulah and Barry Cullen, recLAW prides itself for being a bit different from the usual law firm, it is agile, fast, less-formal and more collaborative.
